About Me

Welcome to my very own webpage! I have been wanting to do this for years and I am finally doing it! I am so excited to share life with y’all. If you haven’t detected I have a slight southern drawl. My family and I live in North Carolina. Jennifer CooperMy husband’s career has moved us all over the United States and the world and it was my father who was the deciding factor on where we settled after my husband’s retirement. Walk through my everyday life. Someone who is like you and the girl next door.

Have you ever wondered what your purpose is? Mom? Wife? Professional? Youth Mentor? Well I have. I still have no idea where to go or what I’m going to be when I grow up. I’m about to become an empty nester and

I feel like I’m getting ready to leave home for the first time like I did in 1997. We’ve made a slight addition to our family to assist with the last transition to the empty nest. Sleepless nights, teething, potty training is all involved but will be awesome to not have to worry about being talked back to!

Let’s learn and decide together. Are you looking for growth? Discovering who you are? (Sometimes again) Join me in everyday life and check out the adventures of The Jennifer Cooper and I look forward to getting to know all of you!

What Oils I Am Using Right Now

In the process of transitioning my home to more green products I have found my niche with essential oils and how to use them in everyday life. To start my day I roll on some Valor so that I can conquer the day confidently. My go to for night time is a mix of Lavender and Stress Away mixed with a carrier oil in a roller ball I made myself. It is amazing how easy it is to make your own with the right tools and education. Whoever thought I could wash a load of clothes with one teaspoon of Thieves Laundry Soap? I can't wait to share my oil journey with you as I continue to grow and educate myself.
